Warranty Terms and Conditions
– The warranty terms and conditions are confined only to remanufactured equipment by Supreme Diesels Services.
– The warranty period starts from the date of fitment/use of the equipment.
– The company shall be under obligation to provide FOC (Free of Cost) repair and replacement of defective parts only.
– The warranty does not cover the defects resulting from mishandling and improper fitment of equipment and/or parts.
– No guarantee for the dysfunctionality due to use of adultered fuel/lubricants.
– Removal, disassembling and installation of the parts shall be carried out by a trained technician, failing which this warranty will be void.
– The customer shall provide reasonable time and feasible access to the products for service.
– In case of repair cannot be completed onsite, the company reserves the right to carry the part/equipment to its Service Center and return the same after repair.
– In case of repairs, the equipment and/or the replaced spare part(s) will be warranted only for the remaining of the original warranty period.
– The warranty does not cover any consequential damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of breakdown, or accident of vehicle.
– The warranty cannot be claimed if repair/reconditioning work is carried out by persons or company other than Supreme Diesels Services.
– The company shall indemnify for any damage to the equipment or any part(s) due to transportation when made only by the company. The company shall be under no obligation or deemed to be in default for any damage or failure due to transportation made by the customer.
